Who we are

This website is operated for Bevells Estates, 119 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, London W7 3ST ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website.

What we collect

• Information you send in our forms: name, email, country, and details of your enquiry (for example a property address or budget).
• Technical data processed by our hosting provider (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the website. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To answer your enquiry and take steps you ask for before any agreement (contract / legitimate interests).
• To meet legal duties, such as anti-money-laundering and Right to Rent checks, if you go on to use our services (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Our form service (FormSubmit) delivers form messages to us by email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you go ahead, we may share information with others involved in your transaction, such as solicitors, referencing providers or landlords, and with authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them, and records required by law (such as AML records, usually 5 years) for the legal period.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy. Contact us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
